I spent years functioning on the outside while chaos ruled the inside. I was strong, capable, faithful — and completely dysregulated. It wasn’t until I sat down in a therapist’s office, poured out seventeen years of pain, and was told to just breathe — that everything began to change.

That moment of humiliation became the beginning of the most transformational journey of my life. The tools I discovered didn’t just calm my nervous system. They restored my relationships with my children. They gave me access to joy I hadn’t felt in years. They reconnected me to God in ways I hadn’t experienced since before life got hard.

I created this guide to give you what I wish someone had handed me.
